Frequently asked questions to our workshops
Nothing, except for an open mind and readiness to try new things! Everything you need like painting aprons, canvas/paper/mugs/shirts/magnets/etc and paint will be waiting for you on location. We will provide anything you need, you only need to show up 10 minutes prior to your workshop time so that we can start on time.
Yes! Our experienced artists will guide you step by step through the creative process and are available for any questions. Therefore even beginners can follow the steps easily and take home a beautiful souvenir.
Of course not! You may interpret the subject as you wish. Our artists will show you how to create the subject step by step, but this is only a suggestion and should not limit your creativity. You are welcome to use different colors and your imagination to create your own version of the subject.
Of course you can take your work of art home. Hang it on your wall or gift it to someone else – it’s yours to choose! If you are not able to take it with you right away, we will mail it to you (for a fee).
An average workshop lasts about two hours. If you want it to be longer or need a little bit of extra time in the end, we are more than happy to accomodate your wish.
During the booking process via office@paintyoursouvenir.com let us know your voucher’s/gift certificate’s number and we will deduct it from your total.
Of course! Children between the ages of 6-14 years are welcome to join when accompanied by an adult. All children under the age of 15 will pay half-price. (Exceptions apply to groups solely consisting of children!)
We are always looking for creative artists. If you are talented and full of enthusiasm, enjoy working with people and love art and teaching, please contact us via office@paintyoursouvenir.com. We will be happy to make an appointment for a personal meeting with you.

Some of our outdoor locations are not weatherproof. In case of bad weather (especially heavy rain), unfortunately we have to postpone or cancel the workshop. In any case, we will let you know at least one day in advance.
Our motto is quality over quantity. Our workshops are designed for up to 25 people, so our artists have enough time to take care of all participants and support them with tips and tricks. If you are a bigger group, we will provide a second (and eventually third) artist to assist. All our workshops are available for groups of minimum 6 people.
In case you are a smaller group, we are very sorry, but we cannot offer you a Paint Your Souvenir workshop, as it is designed for bigger groups. You may however choose to book a workshop with our mother company Art Adventure (www.artadventure.at).
Food and drinks are NOT included with many locations, but you may buy something on site. For some locations it is not possible to purchase anything on site and therefore we will take care of beverages and snacks, which will then be included in the price. You will find this information in the description of the respective Paint Your Souvenir workshop. If nothing is included, we are more than happy to organize food and drinks for you. Please let us know at the time of booking.
It does not matter if you are a travel group, a group of friends or family: Please contact us via office@paintyoursouvenir.com to discuss when, where and what you would like to create.
You can cancel any group member free of charge up to 72 hours before the workshop starts, as long as the minimum number does not fall under 6 people. If someone gets sick or is unable to attend within 72 hours of the workshop, you can transfer the ticket to someone else. Please let us know so we can change the name on the registration list.
We are constantly expanding our list of subjects and souvenirs. Currently our most famous subjects are the skyline of Vienna, various sights or a portrait of Austria’s famous celebrities like Falco, Mozart Sissi or the Lipizzan Horses. We will discuss which subject fits your group best and in case your desired subject is not available, we will create something new for your group!
Please organize the journey to our locations by yourself. You will find the exact address in your booking confirmation.
Ja, natürlich kannst Du einen Paint Your Souvenir Workshop auch verschenken! Gutscheine können über unser Office: office@paintyoursouvenir.com bestellt werden. Dabei gibt es die Möglichkeit einen Gutschein für einen Paint Your Souvenir Workshop ab dem Wert des Grundpreises (für 6 Personen) zu kaufen oder Gutscheine im Wert von je 10 EUR, die beliebig ergänzt werden können. Sobald wir den Betrag auf unserem Konto haben, schicken wir Dir den Gutschein (gegen Gebühr von 5 Euro Porto) in einer hübschen Geschenkschachtel per Post zu. Gerne kannst Du den Gutschein aber auch in 1030 Wien oder 3041 Siegersdorf abholen. Solltest Du es ganz eilig haben gibt es auch die Möglichkeit den Gutschein per Mail zu versenden, sodass Du ihn selbst ausdrucken kannst. Unsere Gutscheine sind unbegrenzt einlösbar.
It is allowed to bring dogs to some locations. Please ask us before booking when you plan to bring your dog with you.
